What this site collects, and why.

This notice covers the website slaive-tech.com, operated by Slaive Technology Group Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202536681Z). It does not cover the AiCE Field Logistics application, which runs on a customer's own equipment under the customer's control and is governed by the licence agreement.

The demo request form

If you fill in the demo request form we receive the details you type: your name, company, email address, role, the number of rigs or sites, your region and your message. We use them to reply to you and to arrange the demo you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores submissions so that we can read them.

Email and phone

If you email, call or message us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can pick it up again if you come back.

Browsing the site

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs, including the IP address of each request, in order to serve the site and keep it secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google when the page loads; Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to matt@slaive-tech.com and we will respond. If you are in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act applies; if you are in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 applies; if you are elsewhere, your local law applies and we will honour it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear at this address with the date below updated.
